June was quite an exciting month. I finished work for the summer (yay!), we went to Europe (double yay!!), Briana got married so we went to Austin for the weekend, my family came to town, and I had hernia surgery (actually, that was July 3, but close enough).
Briana's wedding weekend was great. I loved seeing all my cousins, aunts and uncles, and it was fun introducing Michael to those he hadn't met before. We also got to meet some fun new people! PLUS...there was a wedding and weddings are fun. The ceremony was good, the food was tasty, the candy bar was yummy, and having my family with us was the best! Dad and Sis had to leave at the end of the weekend.... :( BUT, Mom stayed for an extra week and a half!!!!! She cooked for us, laid at the pool with me, went to a Dodgers/Astros game with us, helped me decorate the house, and helped Michael take care of me after surgery. It was special having her in Houston. Although I do not want to post any post-surgery photos of my swollen belly, I'll gladly share some wedding memories.

Oh my goodness....I had no idea you were having surgery too! You did have a busy month! We'll have to get together soon....we still have your wedding gift!!!
